Tenant’s System definition

Tenant’s System means at any particular time the group of senior living communities then owned and/or operated or managed by Tenant (or one or more of its Affiliates) in the continental United States which are of a comparable quality, type, size, age and market orientation as any of the Communities.

Examples of Tenant’s System in a sentence

  • If the name of the Tenant’s System is changed, Tenant shall have the right (with Landlord’s written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, delayed or denied) to change the phrase accompanying the then name of any Community to conform thereto.

  • The term “National Contracts” means any third party agreements or arrangements of Tenant or Tenant’s Affiliate that are not exclusively entered into on behalf of Landlord but are also utilized for other communities within Tenant’s System.

  • Tenant may use, on behalf of the Communities, such purchasing systems and procedures developed by or otherwise available to Tenant within Tenant’s System.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, the name of each Community may, however, be accompanied by the phrase “a Brookdale-operated community” (or similar reference to “Brookdale” or Tenant’s System) and Tenant shall retain all rights, title and interests in and to such accompanying phrase and any other Tenant Proprietary Marks.

  • If permitted by the local utility companies servicing the Owner’s Property, Tenant shall contract directly for utilities to be used by Tenant’s System.

  • In no event shall the System or its operation interfere with the use of any other antennas or equipment or communications system on or at the Building, nor shall Landlord permit any other system installed after Tenant’s System is installed to interfere with the operation of Tenant’s System.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unable to contract directly for electricity consumption, Tenant shall furnish and install at Tenant’s expense an electrical submeter at the Owner’s Property for the measurement of electrical power used by Tenant’s System.

  • Self-Managed Services includes critical and noncritical systems of the Building and Tenant’s System, as well as non-capital exterior walls, repairs or replacement of glass and interior and/or exterior landscaping services and grounds care, trash removal, snow and ice removal, janitorial services, maintaining, cleaning and striping of the Parking Facilities, interior and/or exterior window washing, metal maintenance.

  • After the build out of the Additional Space pursuant to the Tenant’s System Plans (as hereafter defined), Landlord and Tenant agree to complete and execute the letter attached hereto as Exhibit C to set forth the exact square footage of the Additional Space and Premises Square Footage.

  • Tenant covenants to install Tenant’s pH System, Pipes and Utility Lines in substantial compliance with Tenant’s System Plans.
