Tenant’s RESPONSIBILITIES. The Tenant shall be responsible for all utility costs including hydro, cable, internet, phone. Landlord’s RESPONSIBILITIES: The Landlord shall be responsible for maintenance fees, realty taxes, property taxes, property insurance and any mechanical rentals.
