Examples of Tenant’s Request in a sentence

  • If Landlord gives a Recapture Notice, Tenant shall have five (5) calendar days from receipt of such Recapture Notice to rescind, in writing, the Tenant’s Request and, upon such rescission, both the Recapture Notice and Tenant’s Request shall be deemed withdrawn, null and void.

  • Tenant’s Request shall include a copy of the proposed assignment or sublease and information about the proposed assignee or subtenant, including, without limitation, the name and character of its business, the terms of the proposed assignment or sublease, information as to its financial responsibility and standing and any other information as Landlord may reasonably require.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the date of Tenant’s Request, Landlord and Tenant shall enter into a written amendment to this Lease which adds the Expansion Space to the definition of the “Premises” and addresses such other matters that are at variance with the terms and conditions of this Lease.

  • Within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s Request Notice, Landlord shall notify Tenant (“Response Notice”) as to whether Landlord owns any property which meets the requirements specified in Tenant’s Request Notice and which is then available for lease, which availability shall in any event be subject to the approval of Landlord’s lender.

  • If Landlord’s Response Notice indicates that space meeting the requirements of Tenant’s Request Notice is then available, Landlord and Tenant shall negotiate, in good faith, to reach agreement on Economic Terms of Tenant’s lease of such space and the terms of a new lease for such space.

  • As a condition precedent to Tenant’s exercise of its Right of First Offer, Tenant shall not be in default after notice and opportunity to cure, at the time of Tenant’s Request for Space, Landlord’s Offer Notice or the date at which such Designated ROFO Space is to be delivered to Tenant.

  • Landlord shall have the right, within forty five (45) days after Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s Request, to terminate this Lease on notice (a “Recapture Notice”) to Tenant.

  • Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of Tenant’s Request, Landlord shall request any additional.

  • After receiving Tenant’s Request, Landlord shall cause its architect to prepare such plans and specifications to incorporate Tenant's Request into the Tenant Improvements and prepare a proposed field change order (“FCO”) as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

  • Tenant’s Request Notice shall specify the approximate number of rentable square feet required by Tenant, the project owned by Landlord to which Tenant desires to relocate and the approximate lease term desired by Tenant (which shall be a minimum of eighty-five (85) months).
