TENANT'S PAYMENT definition

TENANT'S PAYMENT means Tenant's pro rata share (based on the area of Tenant's display panel relative to the aggregate panel display area of such sign) of the cost incurred or paid by Landlord in connection with installing or erecting such monument sign. In the event Tenant does not timely pay to Landlord Tenant's Payment pursuant to the first sentence of this Article, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived any right to display its name on the monument sign.

  • Rent means “eligible rent” to which regulation 12 of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 refer, less any deductions in respect of non-dependants which fall to be made under paragraph 30 (non-dependant deductions);

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

  • Additional Rent means all amounts payable by the Tenant under this Lease except Base Rent, whether or not specifically designated as Additional Rent elsewhere in this Lease;

  • Renewal Rent for the Aircraft means the rent payable therefor in respect of a Renewal Lease Term determined pursuant to Section 17.2.2 of the Lease.

  • Tenant means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others.
