Tenant’s Designated Representative definition

Tenant’s Designated Representative means (a) a person with an office at the Premises identified by Tenant in writing to Landlord from time to time as the primary point of contact for Landlord’s access to the Premises and (b) the on-site supervisor of Tenant’s private security, if any, that is then on duty. Tenant shall provide Landlord with a phone number for Tenant’s Designated Representative with any notice designating such person, and any change in the identification of Tenant’s Designated Representative shall take effect five (5) business days following delivery of such notice to Landlord.
Tenant’s Designated Representative means the agent, employee, officer or director of Tenant who is authorized from time to time to make decisions, give notices and receive notices contemplated hereunder, and whose name Tenant has given Landlord prior written notice thereof.
