Tenant’s Allocation means an area determined by multiplying the total square footage of the Building Common Areas by the ratio of the Net Rentable Area of the Leased Premises (excluding any allocation of Building Common Areas) to the Net Rentable Area of the Office Section (excluding only the Building Common Areas).
