TENANT REQUESTS. Landlord shall accept or reject any request by Tenant to sign any agreement that is ancillary to this Lease in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion (including without limitation, an agreement to subordinate a lien held by Landlord in favor of a third-party lender, an agreement relating to an assignee or subtenant of Tenant, or an estoppel letter request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇).
