Tenant shall comply with the door types as specified in the Tenant Package.
Attached hereto as Exhibit C is a copy of Lessor’s Tenant Package which Lessee agrees to execute and return to Lessor.

This Agreement is made subject to the jurisdiction of any governmental authority or authorities having jurisdiction over the Parties, the systems of the Parties, this Agreement and the subject matter hereof.
All Improvements shall be performed by Tenant (at its sole cost and expense) in such a manner as to not impede access to the premises of any other Occupant or of any part of the Common Area, and in a good and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-like manner, with diligence, using materials of at least the same specifications, grade and quality as required pursuant to the Tenant Package.
Capitalized terms used in this Exhibit C without definition shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Tenant Package.
All repair and restoration activities by Landlord and Tenant shall be conducted in accordance with Exhibit C and the Tenant Package.
