Tenant Manager definition

Tenant Manager means a person employed by the operator who resides at the facility and who is responsible for the day-to-day operation or management of the facility.
Tenant Manager means any manager under a Tenant Management Agreement.

  • All payments by Tenant or by Manager under this Agreement and all related agreements between Tenant, Manager or their respective Affiliates shall be made pursuant to independent covenants, and neither Tenant nor Manager shall set off any claim for damages or money due from either such Party or any of its Affiliates to the other, except to the extent of any outstanding and undisputed payments owed to Tenant by Manager under this Agreement.

  • The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, any successor or permitted assignee of Landlord under the Lease; provided that the assignee shall assume the obligations of Landlord under this Agreement and shall agree in writing in a form reasonably acceptable to Tenant, Manager and Lease Guarantor to be bound by this Agreement from and after the date of the Assignment.

  • An individual or consulting firm cannot be an Expert if Tenant, Manager or their Affiliates have, directly or indirectly, employed or retained such individual or consulting firm within two (2) years before the date of selection.

  • Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant, Manager and their Affiliated Persons harmless from and against all loss, costs, liability and damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, and all cost of litigation) arising out of any Prospectus or the offering described therein; and this obligation of Landlord shall survive termination of this Agreement.

  • Unless Tenant or Manager agrees in advance, the Prospectus will not include any trademark, symbols, logos or designs of Tenant, Manager or any of their Affiliated Persons.

  • Regardless of whether Tenant or Manager so receives a copy of the Prospectus, neither Tenant, Manager nor their Affiliated Persons will be deemed a sponsor of the offering described in the Prospectus, nor will they have any responsibility for the Prospectus, and the Prospectus will so state.

  • Tenant, Manager, CEC and Landlord each acknowledge and agree that, as of the date hereof, certain operating efficiencies and value will be achieved as a result of Tenant’s engagement of Manager and/or Manager’s Affiliates to operate and manage the Managed Facility, the Other Managed Facilities and the Other Managed Resorts that would not be possible to achieve if unrelated managers were engaged to operate each of the Managed Facility, the Other Managed Facilities and the Other Managed Resorts.

  • Tenant shall have the right to remove from the Hotel without compensation to Landlord any computer software (including upgrades and replacements), including, without limitation, the system software, owned by Tenant, Manager or any of their Affiliated Persons or the licensor of any of them.

  • Tenant shall keep and cause Manager to keep true records and books of account of Tenant and Manager, respectively, in which full, true and correct entries will be made of dealings and transactions in relation to the business and affairs of Tenant, Manager and the Hotel in accordance with GAAP.

Related to Tenant Manager

  • Airport Manager means any individual who is properly appointed and designated by the airport owner as the airport manager, and who is responsible for the supervision and operation of the airport to the airport owner.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • Tenant means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.
