Tenant Fit-Out definition

Tenant Fit-Out means any fit-out works or improvements in or to Premises leased to a Tenant under a Lease, which according to the Lease are to be performed by the landlord. The list of the Tenant Fit-Out outstanding as of the date of this Agreement constitutes Schedule 1.112 and shall be updated as of the Closing Date in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • The Tenant’s Work shall be performed in accordance with the Construction Documents and the “Standard Tenant Fit-Out Specifications for ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇” attached hereto as Exhibit F and incorporated herein by this reference (as the same may be updated, amended, modified and supplemented by Landlord from time-to-time, the “Standard Tenant Fit-Out Specifications”).

  • Tenant shall be responsible to complete the Tenant Fit-Out as set forth in Schedule 3.

  • Landlord will perform the improvements depicted on Exhibit "F" (Tenant Fit-Out Plan).

  • The Tenant's Work shall be constructed by Tenant in accordance with the Tenant Fit-Out Criteria attached as Exhibit “D” hereto, and the provisions of the Work Letter attached as Exhibit “E” hereto, each of which are made a part hereof.

  • If Tenant shall be required to post the Security Deposit, then the same shall be returned to Tenant upon the earlier of (i) the receipt of the private placement proceeds, as aforesaid, or (ii) the completion of the Tenant Fit-Out and the payment of all contractors (within lien releases).

  • GT will act as Contract Manager/Contract Administrator for both Management Contracts delivering the Landlord and the Tenant Fit-Out works.

  • All improvements to be constructed by or on behalf of Tenant shall conform with the Tenant Fit-Out Criteria attached as Exhibit “D” to the Lease.

  • Pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Novation, the Landlord will furnish the Tenant with any information or documentation, reasonably required by the Tenant, (following novation), in respect of the administration of the Tenant Fit-Out Works Management Contract.
