Tenant Access definition

Tenant Access means the authority or ability to electronically access Landlord computer network or systems including but not limited to system logs, files, databases, applications, file storage, backups or any other electronic or digital data which are not otherwise accessible without authorized credentials.

Examples of Tenant Access in a sentence

  • Tenant Access Access to tenant suites must be provided to Landlord a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

  • The terms of this Lease shall apply to Tenant on and after the Tenant Access Date except that Base Rent, Additional Rent and utilities shall not be payable by Tenant until the Rent Commencement Date as provided in this Lease.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall Landlord permit any representative or employee of Tenant that does not have escort authorization to escort any person that is not on the Tenant Access List to and/or within the Premises.

  • Beginning on the date (the “Tenant Access Date”) that is the later of (A) December 1, 2016, and (B) the date that Tenant has satisfied all of the Tenant Access Requirements (as such term is defined in the Work Letter), Tenant shall have access to the Premises to perform the Tenant Improvements (as such term is defined in the Work Letter).

  • Prior to the Tenant Access Date, Landlord shall provide Tenant reasonable access to the Premises for space planning and other pre-construction activities.

  • Each Tenant employee/Permitted Licensee designated by Tenant on the Tenant Access List shall receive a permanent access badge (an “Access Badge”).

  • In no event shall Landlord permit any representative or employee of any Datacenter Tenant that does not have escort authorization to escort any person that is not on a Datacenter Tenant Access List to and/or within the Datacenter.

  • Upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall execute a letter granting Tenant Access to the Property substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 12; upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request, Landlord shall execute additional letters during the Term.

  • Landlord shall cause the Tenant Access Date to occur on or before MARCH 1, 1998, subject to extension only for Tenant Delays or any delay resulting from Force Majeure.

  • Except as allowed in accordance with Legal Requirements, 1005628.07/SF 375170-00002/11-24-16/mrm/mrm EXHIBIT I -5- Tenant shall not commence construction until all required governmental permits are obtained and the other Tenant Access Requirements have been met.

Related to Tenant Access

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.
