Tenancy Services means provides tenancy services by assessing the member’s needs for housing assistance, helping them find and get housing, and securing other resources needed to maintain housing stability. This includes identifying roadblocks to housing, individual housing transition services, individual housing and tenancy sustaining services, acts as a liaison with landlords and housing authorities, makes sure the member has the appropriate documents and resources to rent (includes SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) activities and services), and provides state-level, housing related, collaborative activities for the member.
