Tenancy Report definition
Tenancy Report means a report in form and substance satisfactory to ANZ, listing in schedule form all tenants and vacancies of each Security Property including current lease expiry dates, lease renewal options, current annual rental details (including proportion of outgoings recoverable, incentives paid or payable, outgoings and other expenses that are not recoverable from a tenant), arrears greater than 60 days and any arrangements for the payment of any amount by a tenant that differs from the tenant's obligations under the lease.
