Temporary Traffic Control means any signs, barricades, and channelizing devices used to regulate, warn or guide traffic. Temporary traffic control shall be in substantial conformance with the City’s Barricade Ordinance, the Phoenix Barricade Manual and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

Temporary Traffic Control placed in public right-of-way in the Westgate Area will be coordinated with the City and permits will be issued in accordance with the City’s then-current Barricade Ordinance. Temporary Traffic Control on private property in the Westgate Area shall be the responsibility of the property owner of such private property.
