Temporary Traffic Control definition

Temporary Traffic Control means the process of establishing a work zone, providing related transportation management, and incorporating temporary traffic control on streets and highways right-of-way. Also known as Maintenance of Traffic.
Temporary Traffic Control means any signs, barricades, and channelizing devices used to regulate, warn or guide traffic. Temporary traffic control shall be in substantial conformance with the City’s Barricade Ordinance, the Phoenix Barricade Manual and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
Temporary Traffic Control placed in public right-of-way in the Westgate Area will be coordinated with the City and permits will be issued in accordance with the City’s then-current Barricade Ordinance. Temporary Traffic Control on private property in the Westgate Area shall be the responsibility of the property owner of such private property. As between the Parties, they shall work in good faith to manage, and cause all third-party vendors over which a Party may exercise control or direction to manage, all Temporary Traffic Control measures to allow ingress and egress to and from all of the City-controlled and Developer-controlled properties to be equitably treated and to avoid favoring or disfavoring ingress and/or egress to or from any such properties.
