Temporary System definition

Temporary System means the spatially separated network of broadband antennas (known as “donor sites”) installed above grade on masts at the WTC Site for the purposes of communicating with the wireless (WSP) macro sites in the surrounding neighborhood to provide DAS Service to the Temporary System Areas. Such donor sites will be cabled in conduit to the appropriately CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED located DAS System repeater room(s) and, in turn, connect to amplified electronic “repeaters” connected to the below-grade DAS System antennas. The Temporary System shall initially be comprised of two (2) donor sites, although more donor sites may be added by good faith agreement of the Parties as necessary to provide DAS Service to the Temporary System Areas.
