Temporary Suspension Order definition

Temporary Suspension Order or] “Suspension Order” means a notice issued by the Office of Child Care Licensing to the Licensee directing that Family Child Care services be discontinued on a [date] specified [by the Office of Child Care Licensing date]. Examples of Temporary Suspension Order in a sentence

  • The treasurer shall mail by first class mail a copy of the interim Temporary Suspension Order to each attorney named in the order at the attorney’s last address as it appears on the records of the trustees.
