Temporary Shutdown definition

Temporary Shutdown means a shutdown on a continued maintenance basis with the intention to restart when conditions improve. The mine will be valued on the basis of the residual cost approach.
Temporary Shutdown means a partial or complete shutdown of a System or discontinuance of, or reduction in, energy delivered from a System at the written direction of Buyer to Seller that lasts longer than 24 hours.
Temporary Shutdown shall include: (i) a furlough (of any nature) imposed by Client; (ii) maintenance at Client’s business location that prohibits reasonable access; (iii) an unforeseen conflict at the Onsite Center not caused by Concentra or its personnel prohibiting reasonable access; or (iv) any other closure of the Onsite Center or Client’s business location for reasons outside of Concentra’s control. Client shall compensate the Onsite Center personnel, pursuant to Exhibit B, any amounts that would have been owed but for the closure of the Onsite Center for any Temporary Shut-down.

Examples of Temporary Shutdown in a sentence

  • The Company will give 72 hours notice of holiday work except in cases of a valid emergency as referred to in the Temporary Shutdown Provisions of the Agreement.

  • Client shall compensate the Onsite Center personnel, pursuant to Exhibit B, any amounts that would have been owed but for the closure of the Onsite Center for any Temporary Shut-down.

  • When a Temporary Shutdown is in effect, Purchaser will use best efforts to restore conditions as swiftly as possible so that the System can resume full operation.

  • Temporary Shutdown Should power failure, flood, fire, or other acts of God of a temporary nature make it necessary to reduce the working force, the employees affected shall be sent home according to seniority in their classifications within their department without any bumping rights elsewhere, providing that such period shall not be longer than three (3) working days.

  • The Securities Administrator shall make available WHFIT information to holders annually.

  • If no alternative “In-Lieu” methodology can be agreed upon with good faith efforts within thirty (30) days of the first day of the Temporary Shutdown, the method described in 4.2.3(a) must be utilized.

  • If the Temporary Shutdown of Facilities causes interruption to Services for a consecutive period of one calendar month, performance of such Services shall be deemed to be impossible on a permanent basis.

Client shall compensate the Onsite Center personnel, pursuant to Exhibit B, any amounts that would have been owed but for the closure of the Onsite Center for any Temporary Shutdown. The fixed monthly fees in Exhibit B shall be paid even if the Onsite Center is inaccessible due to temporary shutdowns and Client recognized holidays.
