Temporary shutdown definition

Temporary shutdown means a shutdown on a continued maintenance basis with the intention to restart when conditions improve. The mine will be valued on the basis of the residual cost approach.
Temporary shutdown means a partial or complete shutdown of a System or discontinuance of, or reduction in, energy delivered from a System at the written direction of Buyer to Seller that lasts longer than 24 hours.
