Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of Temporary Service Suspension, the parties shall cooperate to attempt to arrange for Feedstock or Services to be furnished to the other Party in an alternate manner or by a third party acceptable to affected Party, to minimize or reduce the effect of such Temporary Service Suspension on the applicable Party’s operations.
The rent of Rs. 9000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand only) per month in advance on or before or within the 5th day of every English Calendar month.
