Temporary Receiver definition

Temporary Receiver means Robb Evans and Associates, LLC, 11450 Sheldon Street, Sun Valley, CA 91352-1121, as Temporary Receiver for the Receivership Defendants, with the full powers of an equity receiver over the Receivership Defendants as the Court ordered in the April 16, 2009 Order.
Temporary Receiver means the Temporary Receiver appointed in Section X of the Stipulated Preliminary Injunction Order [Dkt. No. 36], entered by the Court on November 22, 2011. The term “Temporary Receiver” also includes any deputy receivers or agents as named by the Temporary Receiver.
