Temporary Overdraft definition

Temporary Overdraft means a temporary overdraft occurring when a sale of a security "fails" due to circumstances beyond the seller's control, such as a delay in the delivery of cash to the Fund's custodian or improper delivery instructions by the broker effecting the transaction.

  • Debiting the amount of an unpaid cheque to your account may also result in your account becoming overdrawn or an increase in your existing overdraft and you could pay interest and fees for an unarranged Temporary Overdraft.

  • If you do not contact us in advance before becoming overdrawn, we have the option of either refusing to honour a commitment you have entered into or establishing an unarranged Temporary Overdraft which would be subject to our overdraft arrangement fee and interest as set out in our Standard Tariff.

  • If the Customer does not repay to ICICI Bank the Temporary Overdraft with such interest as has accrued on it, before the end of that Business Day, ICICI Bank shall be entitled to charge further interest on such unpaid amounts at rates determined by ICICI Bank from time to time (hereinafter referred to as “ Further Interest”).

  • ICICI Bank shall be entitled to charge interest on the Temporary Overdraft at rates determined by ICICI Bank from time to time, for the period during which the Temporary Overdraft is outstanding.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Customer agrees that ICICI Bank shall be entitled, at all times, to debit, any and all of, the balances standing at any time to the credit of the Account (or other accounts of the Customer with ICICI Bank), for the payment of the fees and / or charges payable to ICICI Bank for providing access to or allowing the use of the ICICI Bank RTGS Facility and /or for repayment of the Temporary Overdraft and any interest (including Further Interest) payable on the Temporary Overdraft.

  • Temporary Overdraft facility from “The Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited” is availed against personal guarantee of the Managing Director of the Company.

  • Upon termination of employment, wages due to an employee shall be paid into the employee’s bank account on the next pay day, or if the employee prefers, a cheque can be drawn on the day of termination.

  • However, in the case of Temporary Overdraft facilities as at 25.03.2020, the expiry shall be extended by two months for eligible borrowers.
