Temporary Move Clause Samples

The Temporary Move clause allows a tenant to be relocated to another unit or location for a limited period, typically due to necessary repairs, renovations, or emergencies affecting the original premises. In practice, this clause outlines the conditions under which the landlord can require the tenant to move, the notice period to be given, and whether the tenant will receive compensation or a rent adjustment during the temporary relocation.
