Temporary lodging definition

Temporary lodging means lodgings for the purpose of housing a vendee within proximity of the vendee’s employment or job location.
Temporary lodging means a hotel, motel, bed and breakfast guesthouse, or other facility providing temporary accommodations for travelers for compensation.
Temporary lodging and “temporarily lodged” refer to a xxxxxx child or young adult spending the night in a hotel, a motel, or inn described more fully in section III.

Temporary lodging means any place in which an offender under this Title lives, sleeps, or frequents for more than seven (7) consecutive days (168 hours).
