Temporary Global Class A-2 Note is defined in Section 5.2.

Interests in a Permanent Global Class A-1 Note or Permanent Global Class A-2 Note will be exchangeable for Definitive Class A-1 Notes or Definitive Class A-2 Notes, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of such Permanent Global Class A-1 Note or Permanent Global Class A-2 Note and the Base Indenture (as modified by this Supplement).
