Temporary Full. Time Pilot's status shall coincide with the reinstatement rights of the Full Time Pilot returning from his/her Leave of Absence. A newly hired Temporary Full Time Pilot shall not qualify for benefits under the Severance pay provisions of this Contract.

  • The Union and the City agree that the following types of Bargaining Unit (Division 1) employees shall not have Union dues or Fair Share Fees deducted from their pay: Permanent Part Time (less than 3/4 time) Seasonal Full and Part Time Temporary Full and Part Time Student Interns All full-time employees (3/4 time to full time) will have Fair Share Fees or Union Dues deducted from their pay in accordance with provisions of Article 5 and Article 43 of the Labor Agreement.

  • Any benefits that the Temporary Full- Time Employee had not previously completed the qualifying period for shall be reserved in full.

  • Temporary Full Time (TFT)shall mean any employee who works for thirty-five (35) hours per week for a definite term of up to twelve (12) months.

  • The Employee will not have access to the sick bank as an Auxiliary employee however, if the employee subsequently reverts back to Regular Full-Time, Regular Part-Time or Temporary Full Time, within that two (2) year period, the sick leave bank as frozen will be restored.

  • Will be allowed for all Full Time employees and after six (6) months of continuous service for Temporary Full Time Employees.

  • The Employer shall not be required to consider applicants who are classified as Full-time when applying for Temporary Full Time positions in a district.
