Temporary discontinuance of service definition

Temporary discontinuance of service means that a company holding auto transportation authority issued by the commission is un- able to continue to provide all, or part of, the service authorized by the company's certificate, filed tariff, or filed time schedule and requests commission permission to discontinue all, or part of, its service for a specified, limited period of time.
