Examples of Temporary Bargaining Unit in a sentence

  • Temporary Bargaining Unit Employees may be hired for up to four hundred and eighty (480) hours or twelve (12) weeks, whichever is less.

  • Temporary Bargaining Unit Members’ positions shall be posted on or before April 20th of each school year.

  • There shall be at least one (1) formal classroom observation for each Permanent Bargaining Unit Member and three (3) for each Probationary and Temporary Bargaining Unit Member recorded on the Observation Rating Form.

  • Temporary Bargaining Unit Members may not grieve termination due to the end of their contract or grant-funded position.

  • Temporary Bargaining Unit Members have all of the protections afforded under this Agreement including Article XII (Reduction in Force) Section 3, except for the expectation of continued employment beyond the duration of their contract or the grant.
