Tempe Gateway definition
Tempe Gateway means the Borrower’s commercial Gateway located in Tempe, Arizona.
Tempe Gateway means the Borrower’s commercial Gateway located in Tempe, Arizona. Total Commitments means the aggregate of the Total Tranche A Commitments and the Total Tranche B Commitments, being $1,800,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.
