Television Stations shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Television Stations means the Television Stations presently known as WKRN-TV, Nashville, Tennessee, WTEN-TV, Albany, New York, WLNS-TV, Lansing, Michigan, KLFY-TV, Lafayette, Louisiana, WTVO-TV, Rockford, Illinois, WRIC-TV, Richmond, Virginia, WATE-TV, Knoxville, Tennessee, WBAY-TV, Green Bay, Wisconsin, KWQC-TV, Davenport, Iowa, KELO-TV, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, KCAL-TV, Los Angeles, California and KRON-TV, San Francisco, California.
Television Stations. Radio Stations: WRC-TV – Channel 4 WTOP – 103.5 FM (xxxx://xx.xxxx.xxx/?nid=667) Fox – Channel 5 WSMD – 98.3 FM ABC News – Channels 7 and 8 WUSA – Channel 9 WJZ-TV – Channel 13 (CBS – Baltimore) When Federal employees are excused from work due to a holiday or a special event (that is unrelated to severe weather, a security threat or a facility related problem), on site contractors will continue working established work hours off site as permitted by parent company policy or take leave in accordance with parent company policy. Those contractors who take leave shall not direct charge the nonworking hours to the contract or task order. Non-essential contractor personnel are not permitted to remain or work at a Government facility when the facility is closed to Federal employees and/or early dismissal of Federal employees. Contractors shall follow their disclosed charging practices during the contract or task order period of performance, and shall not follow any verbal directions to the contrary.
