Should utilization of VocoVision occur, Client shall, at that time, receive in addition to Addendum A – Client Assignment Confirmation, an Addendum B – Teleservices Provisions, Addendum C – Duties and Responsibilities and Addendum D –VocoVision Equipment Policies which, collectively, outline specific terms and conditions regarding VocoVision’s telepractice services.
