Telephony Licence definition

Telephony Licence. A Telephony Licence shall entitle the Customer to use the Netcall Software application licensed on this basis in relation to one Netcall System (as defined below) which has the telephony capacity as specified in the SAT (or as advised by the Reseller where the End User procured the Netcall Software application from a Reseller and not directly from Netcall). For the purposes of the definitions of the licence types above, a ‘Netcall System’ is a system consisting of a group of components (including (a) server(s), operating system, telephony, databases, Third Party Software and Netcall Software) which are locally interconnected or distributed and that interact to perform a series of tasks. All licences are non-exclusive and non transferable. Hardware Item Product Code Quantity Description Price2 Third Party Software 6
