Teleopti shall remain fully liable to the Customer for the performance or non- performance of the Sub-processor’s obligations, subject to Section 12, “Liability and Limitation of Liability”.

Teleopti is entitled to enforce this DPA for itself and also on behalf of any of the Teleopti Affiliates.

The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Teleopti is the performance of the Services pursuant to the MSA.
Teleopti reserves the right to limit or deny integration of Non-Teleopti Applications with the Service if that integration has, or is likely to have, a negative impact on performance for the Service.
