; Telenet means the UTE Creaciones Corporativas Multimedia DTG, a UNION TEMPORAL DE EMPRESAS incorporated by DTG and Creaciones Corporativas Multimedia, S.L. on January 4, 2000; VENDORS PROPORTIONS means 67.507% for the benefit of Milletti, 16.295% for the benefit of 3i and 16.198% for the benefit of 3i II;
