Telecommunications Services Agreement definition

Telecommunications Services Agreement means the Amended and Restated Telecommunications Services Agreement dated as of August 30, 2000 between Impsat Fiber Networks, Inc. and Atlantica Network (Bermuda) Ltd. * CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST - Confidential portion has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
Telecommunications Services Agreement means a telecommunications services agreement with VRTC in the form set out in Annexure 44 and initialled by the parties for the purposes of identification.

Telecommunications Services Agreement means the Wholesale Master Services Agreement in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a commercial mobile radio service that allows a caller to dial 9-1-1 to access the 9-1-1 system and is paid for in advance and sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Telecommunications System means a system for conveying visual images, sounds or other information by electronic means;

"Xxxx Date" means the date on which a Billing period ends, as identified on the xxxx.
