Telecommunication Instructions definition

Telecommunication Instructions means instructions and/or orders given by telephone or other voice communication (which need not have any call back or other verification procedure), or in writing, over the internet, or by any other telecommunication processes or by any other electronic modes or means of communication, acceptable to the Bank in its discretion.
