Telecom Towers means (i) the passive telecommunications infrastructure towers, including ground based and rooftop towers, used to deploy active telecommunications infrastructure for telecommunication service providers; and (ii) the real estate or property (whether owned, tenanted or on a leave and license basis) on which the said towers are erected.
