Telecom Service definition

Telecom Service means any wire-based system owned and operated by a Telecom Operator along any public street or highway for the purpose of providing “telecommunications service” (as said term is defined in Connecticut General Statute Section 16-247a, as amended from time to time) for hire pursuant to all necessary approvals issued by PURA and applicable law.

Examples of Telecom Service in a sentence
