Telecom License definition

Telecom License means any license, authorization, certificate of compliance, certificate of public convenience and necessity, franchise, approval or permit for the provision of services relating to the Business or otherwise granted or issued by the FCC, any State Regulatory Agency or any other applicable Governmental Authority, including any applicable State Regulatory Authorization, authorizing or permitting the acquisition, construction or operation of any Network Facility or any other system for the provision of services relating to the Business.
Telecom License shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 of this Agreement.
Telecom License means any license or similar authorization of any Governmental Authority that a Person must hold in order to act as the owner or operator of telecommunications facilities in a relevant jurisdiction.

Examples of Telecom License in a sentence

  • As of the date hereof, there has been no permanent discontinuance with respect to any Telecom License that is material to the Business, and Seller, an Asset Transferor, an Acquired Company or a Designated Entity, as applicable, has taken such reasonable actions to maintain such Telecom Licenses.
