Telecom Bonds definition

Telecom Bonds means bonds issued by the Authority to finance or refinance assets of its telecommunications system if such bonds are secured by a Telecom Loan Obligation which has a Subordinate Lien.

Related to Telecom Bonds

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds registered in the name of the Liquidity Facility Provider pursuant to Section 7.8(b) of this 2017 Series A/B Indenture.

  • Recovery Bonds means Recovery Obligations issued as Bonds. “Recovery Costs” means costs described in Chapter 297. “Recovery Notes” means Recovery Obligations issued as Notes.
