All payments will be made by Bank, Ecocash, Telecash, or through any other reasonable means selected by us from time-to-time.
broadcast means the transmission, relaying or distribution by electronic communications network of communications, sounds, signs, visual images or signals, intended for direct reception by the general public whether such communications, sounds, signs, visual images or signals are actually received or not;
Wireless means any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service transmitted over frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum.
Streaming means the transmission of a digital file containing audio-visual content from a remote source for viewing concurrently with its transmission, which file may not be stored or retained (except for temporary caching or buffering) for viewing at a later time.
Television means a system for transmitting visual images and sound that are reproduced on screens, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Television includes any video programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.
Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2
