TELBOR means, in respect of any Relevant Currency and any specified period, the interest benchmark known as the Tel Aviv interbank offered rate;
TELBOR means the interest rate on Israeli Shekel inter-bank loans, known as the Tel Aviv Inter-Bank Offered Rate, provided by the IBOR Administrator;
