Tela shall notify the Customer in writing of any proposed changes, which shall take effect thirty (30) days after notification to the Customer.
Until such time the Customer grants to Tela and its agents an irrevocable licence to enter any premises to recover the Equipment.
Prior to terminating your account with Tela, it is the customers responsibility to download and store any such historic recordings that you are required to retain.
In such circumstances the Customer shall be released from its obligations to pay the Equipment Charge in accordance with clause 6.1 and shall pay to Tela the rental charges in respect of the Equipment specified in the Particulars.
In addition (and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of Tela) the Customer shall pay to Tela the Line Rental Charge which would have become due had the Agreement continued for the period specified in the Particulars.
If Tela complies with this clause 8.4 it shall have no further liability for any breach of the warranty in clause 8.1.
However, on expiry of this Agreement, any commitment Tela must liaise with the manufacturer in respect of any warranty shall cease.
In the case of damaged used Equipment Tela shall (at its option) replace or repair the Equipment.
Each credit assessment shall entitle Customer to have a credit limit on Customer’s Tela account (details of which are available on request).
Where Tela has not received payment within 16 calendar days of the Due Date, Tela may take all or any of the following actions until such time as payment, including any interest due, has been received.
