Teko definition

Teko means “way of being, system, law, culture, norm, behaviour, custom”. Tekoha provides the conditions for the Guarani way of being: “Without tekoha, there is no teko.”

  • Any and all other taxes or licenses of whatsoever character, including, among others, real and personal property taxes related to the Property and relating to operations carried on after the Effective Date of this Agreement, shall be paid by La Teko and treated as Costs as defined in Article 1 of this Agreement.

  • Newmont, as successor in interest, owns a sixty-five percent (65%) participating interest in the True North Joint Venture pursuant to a Venture Agreement dated June 9, 1995, as amended, between Newmont Exploration Limited and La Teko Resources, Inc.

  • La Teko shall make all reasonable efforts to eliminate the cause of the force majeure condition.

  • Kinross or FGMI may terminate this Agreement, by written notice to Newmont any time prior to the Closing, in the event it discovers a material defect in Newmont's or the Venture's title to the Properties that arose through events other than the action or inaction of La Teko Resources, Inc.

  • Should La Teko fail to expend the above sums on or for the benefit of the Property on or before the due dates for such expenditures, in order to maintain this Agreement in good standing, La Teko shall pay to the University, within 10 days after the anniversary date of this Agreement, the difference between the amount due and the amount expended on or for the benefit of the Property for the applicable period.

  • Any notice hereunder shall be given in writing, delivered via certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to the following addresses: La Teko: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, President La Teko Resources, Inc.

  • La Teko agrees to consult closely with the University as to the location of any facilities and improvements placed upon the Surface Estate.
