Continuous Commissioning® Continuous Commissioning®, or CC® is an ongoing process trademarked by Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) Energy Systems Laboratory to resolve operating problems, improve comfort, and optimize energy use for existing commercial and institutional buildings and central plant facilities.
TEES shall include language and requirements equivalent to those set forth in subparagraph C.1., above, in any lower-tier covered transaction entered into under this Agreement.
