Technology System definition

Technology System means and includes, without limitation, (i) computer system, software (including Proprietary Software), data, telephone, voice messaging, retrieval and transmission system; (ii) customer relationship management systems; (iii) printers and other peripheral devices; (iv) archival back-up systems; and (v) Internet access mode (e.g. form of telecommunications connection) and speed.
Technology System means, collectively, the computer hardware equipment, operating software, point of sale equipment, applications, communications equipment and supporting peripherals devices that Licensor specifies by brand, model, supplier, features, functions or other type of specifications and that Licensee must use to operate the Restaurant whether or not it incorporates Licensor’s Confidential Information.
Technology System means and includes GST System, E-way bill system, d-duplication system and any other technology platform and associated infrastructure which is developed, managed, maintained and operated by GSTN and/or any other entity for the purpose of implementation of the GST Act. Provided that for the purpose of this Agreement IRP Portal as defined in Clause 1.7 does not fall within this definition.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Systems means software, servers, sites, circuits, networks, interfaces, platforms, computers, hardware, databases, cable, networking, call centers, equipment and all other technology or infrastructure assets or services.
