Technology Solutions definition

Technology Solutions means those solutions approved by CCPN for use by Network Participant for purposes of data analysis, data reporting, and electronic health information exchange between and among CCPN, Network Participants, Payers, and other properly authorized persons or entities.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
