Technology Solution/Services/System/Platform definition
Technology Solution/Services/System/Platform means all software products, services, infrastructure, equipment/products, scope of work and deliverables to be provided by a Bidder along with OEM as described in the RFP and include services ancillary to the development of the solution, such as installation, commissioning, integration with existing systems, provision of technical assistance, knowledge transfer, reporting and other obligation of Service Provider covered under the RFP.
