Technology Roadmap definition

Technology Roadmap means the Company’s written technology and product roadmap, as approved from time to time by the appropriate Officer or Officers of the Company.
Technology Roadmap shall have the meaning set forth in Article 12.5.1.
Technology Roadmap has the meaning given in Article III, Section 10 (Technology Roadmap [***]).

Technology Roadmap means a written document labeled as the “Technology Roadmap” furnished from time to time by TRX to Expedia that includes the following information: (a) a brief description of any significant development work planned by TRX in the coming * period, (b) the Services impacted by such development project, (c) a listing of TRX, Third Party and/or Expedia systems impacted by each such development project, (d) a description of the functionality that each such development project is intended to modify, remove, replace, improve and/or add, and (e) the anticipated targeted calendar quarter and year in which TRX estimates the delivery date and production go-live date of each such development project will occur.   • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body.   • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement.
