Technology Result definition
Technology Result means any ideas, inventions, discoveries, know-how, data, documentation, writing, designs, computer software, processes, principles, methods, techniques and other information recorded in any form that is discovered, conceived, reduced to practice or otherwise generated through work performed under the Program by either ASTEX or ASTRAZENECA or by the Parties jointly and that constitutes a research method or research tool that is widely and generically applicable outside the scope of the Program and not specifically related to the Target or any Collaboration Compound and that does not constitute an Improvement to either Party's Background Technologies. …"
