Technology Refresh Plan definition

Technology Refresh Plan means the plan to be followed by Vendor in periodically replacing or refreshing the technology used to perform the Services or provide the Deliverables, or otherwise used by Vendor and its Subcontractors in connection with the Systems, as set forth in Schedule 3.11 attached hereto and as further described in Section 3.11.

Examples of Technology Refresh Plan in a sentence

  • The Technology Refresh Plan and all updates thereto are subject to Company’s approval, in the manner set out in the Procedures Manual.

  • Within ninety (90) days of the Contract Signing Date EDS will develop, subject to Kellwood approval, a Technology Refresh Plan and Schedule for upgrade and replacement.

  • Provider will deliver an updated copy of the Technology Refresh Plan to Company within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date, and shall deliver all updates thereto as agreed upon between the Parties in writing, but not less frequently than twice during any calendar year.

  • With respect to each item of Equipment and Software, Supplier shall procure and install the required upgrade or replacement in accordance with the Technology Refresh Plan, but no later than the date upon which the applicable item of Equipment or Software has been in service for the period of time set forth on the Refresh Schedule.

  • If the Company elects to implement such proposed technologies, Provider will promptly update the Technology Refresh Plan as necessary to carry out such implementation.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Technology License Agreement means the Technology License Agreement dated as of the date hereof between Allergan and ASTI.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Training program means a standardized medication

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Diagnostic Services means services provided for the purpose of determining the nature and cause of a condition, ill- ness, or injury.

  • Food-chain crops means tobacco, crops grown for human consumption, and crops grown for feed for animals whose products are consumed by humans.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Technology means any and all technical information, specifications, drawings, records, documentation, works of authorship or other creative works, ideas, algorithms, models, databases, ciphers/keys, systems architecture, network protocols, research, development, and manufacturing information, software (including object code and source code), application programming interfaces (APIs), innovations, mask works, logic designs, circuit designs, technical data, processes and methods.
