Technology Product definition

Technology Product means any computer hardware or firmware:
Technology Product means hardware, software, or communications equipment; or related equipment or goods which incorporate any such items. (Ord. 1994 § 1 (Exh. A), 2014; Ord. 1908 § 5, 2010; Ord. 1637 § 1, 2001; Ord. 1556 § 3, 1999)
Technology Product means any composition or product that (i) does not infringe Patent Rights or Related Patent Rights but (ii) uses Property Rights or comprises, in whole or in part, Technology or derivatives thereof. Technology Product is a Licensed Product.

  • If UC agrees to accept a New Technology Product following evaluation, UC and Supplier shall negotiate final pricing and product conversion (if required) based on the contract pricing of the nearest comparable product(s) available to UC for purchase under the Agreement for which pricing has been mutually agreed upon at the time of release.

  • If Vendor offers any new product, including a New Technology Product, to Facilities for purchase prior to completing (i) — (iv) above, Vendor agrees that Facilities will pay the price specified on Exhibit A for the most comparable Product on this Agreement.

  • Vendor shall notify Division of any New Technology Product at least thirty (30) days prior to such New Technology Product being made available for purchase through commercial/public release, but subsequent to FDA approval (if applicable).


More Definitions of Technology Product

Technology Product means any PRODUCT developed using or incorporating TECHNOLOGY provided by USC which is not a PATENT PRODUCT.
Technology Product means any product or service (or component thereof), other than a Patent Product, the discovery, development, manufacture, use, sale, offering for sale, importation, exportation, distribution, rental, or lease of which involves the use of or incorporation, in whole or in part, of Materials or Technical Information.
Technology Product means the computer or telecommunication software or hardware device, which is created, developed, or manufactured by the Insured for a client of the Named Insured for a fee. Technology Product does not include any services of any type, nature, or kind.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Licensed Antibody means (a) any Licensed Program Antibody and (b) any other Antibody that is a variant, fragment, derivative or other modification of a Licensed Program Antibody, that (i) Targets the Licensed Target, (ii) is made by or on behalf of Celgene or its Affiliates or Sublicensees during the Term in the course of its activities performed under this Agreement (or during the term of the Licensed Program U.S. License Agreement in the course of its activities performed thereunder) and (iii) is claimed (or was claimed in an issued Patent that has subsequently expired) as a composition of matter in a Licensed Program Patent set forth on Schedule 1.46(b), a Prothena Licensed Collaboration Patent set forth on Schedule 1.63, or Joint Program Patent (as defined in the Master Collaboration Agreement) as applicable, or any substitutions, divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, renewals, registrations, confirmations, re-examinations, extensions, supplementary protection certificates and the like of any such Licensed Program Patents, Prothena Licensed Collaboration Patents or Joint Program Patents (as defined in the Master Collaboration Agreement).
